When you are feeling overwhelmed, you have hit a point of maximum saturation of your energy field. This is when the circumstances you are dealing with feel larger than you, and you can no longer effectively process the stressors. A loss of security or sense of personal value may happen during an overwhelm episode as you lose touch with your connection to source energy and your natural coping capabilities.

At this time, it is incredibly helpful to take a few moments to instill the divine qualities of safety, trust, love, acceptance, and respect back into your nervous system and limbic brain. Doing so will bring you back to your internal divine connection and help you to find your center. This meditation will guide you through that process. It is about 8 minutes long, so you can take a short break and come back to your self.

A Prayer For Money That Really Works

This prayer is one that I have personally used and adapted along the way to resonate with soul’s purpose manifestation. The original Huna Prayer is from ‘Beyond Ascension’ by Joshua David Stone. It is recommended that you say this prayer once a day for thirty days, or five times a day for six days. You can also make it a part of your daily meditation and prayer practice to reinforce the energy.

“Beloved Presence of the Divine, I hereby declare with all my heart and soul and mind and might divine abundance made manifest through personal fortune and success.

I am moving beyond fear in order to fulfill Divine Plan on Earth and beyond.

I personally pledge to open myself to financial wealth in order to fulfill
my soul’s purpose and its group and individual service commitments.

In the name of Love, I accept my divine heritage right now, and thank Thee for the timely answer to this prayer. Divine Will be done!

And So It Is.”

Repeat all of the above aloud three times, then say the following:

“My beloved subconscious mind, I hereby ask and lovingly command that you take this thought form prayer to the Divine, along with all the manna and vital force needed and necessary to manifest and demonstrate this prayer.”

Breathe the prayer into the Universal Love Current. Wait fifteen seconds, then say:

“Great Spirit, let the Rain of Blessings fall! Amen”

Feel energy coming from Universal Love Current back to you. Soak it in.

7 Skills for Befriending the Unknown

Being in the the unknown without fighting your way to clarity can deeply assist you in your journey of awakening. When you are sitting the unknown, you will be faced with the unwinding and cleansing of enormous energy constructs. As you consider how to make an ally out of this unknown place, it is essential that you understand you will have all of your fears come up about not fulfilling your longings, not living on purpose, not being in abundance or thriving that have been held by you throughout time and by your family lineage throughout time. This time of awakening on Earth is “no joke”. This is a time when those who have decided to become aware of their massive potential as co-creative beings to purge and reorient your selves in a major way. And you will need certain tools or skills to help you in this process. Truly the unknown is a sacred space of transformation should you allow it. 

The first tool or skill that is essential to be cultivated is observation.

Because the energetic waves of emotion and reaction in your environment and within you will become bigger and bigger as you purge deeper and deeper, the more you can observe these waves, send out prayers and intentions for support as these waves come washing through your reality, the more you will be able to keep your self present and open your self to all of the positive potential that is awaiting you around the corner. Learn to witness your self going through these waves. Engage the part of you that can watch what is happening from the perspective of deep belief and trust that you are going through exactly what you need to bring those aspects of you that have forgotten who you are with right relationship with your true divine nature. It is essential to be able to engage the observer self to say, “I am experiencing exactly what I need to bring myself back into alignment with my birthright to feel safe, loved and honored.”

The second skill is the ability to discern what it is that you are needing when you are in emotionally reactive spaces.

Make it simple. Allow your self to identify the need to know that you are loved, you are celebrated- not only by the Divine and your Guides, but also by your own highest self. Which brings us into the third skill or tool. 

The third skill is to make friends with your own highest self.

This is the part of you that is infinitely connected to Source. It thrives in unity with the divine. It provides you with positive guidance and is always aligned with your highest potential. Let your own highest self become your greatest source of support, your cheerleader, your anchor. There is a tendency to go to others to be your anchor first when sitting in the unknown. And while you do need other human beings to remind you of your right to be here, to be loved, in order to make an ally out of this unknown space it is suggested that you make a connection with your highest self first and foremost. This aspect of you is just waiting to simply stand with you in this unknown space and reconnect you with the greatest source of knowing that there is: the Central Sun of wisdom, the great Divine, your own true divine essence and the All that it is connected to and merged with. 

Here is a helpful mantra to integrate this skill: “In this unknown space my highest self knows and is working to remind and show me know. In this unknown space my highest self knows and I am working to receive its message.”

The fourth skill is awareness and practice of conscious breath.

As you sit in the unknown space, what makes is adversarial is your gripping, your lack of breath in your resistance to be right where you are in all of your confusion, in all of your misunderstanding. Simply allow it to be a moment where you open to the breath of understanding, to the breath of knowing. A second mantra that may be very helpful: “As I breathe I know. As I breathe, I allow myself to know what is next, to know what I need, to know what the decision is that will best serve my path, to know I am safe, to know I am valuable and have great gifts that are meant to touch the world, to know that I Am the I Am.”

The fifth skill to cultivate while sitting in the unknown is to remind your self of what you do know and anchor into that, rather than focusing on what you do not know and demanding of your self that you surrender into that. 

Holding what you do know provides a container into which you can invite the void of creation to sit. And if you cannot remember what you know, then it is time to return to skill #3  and #4 and spend more time in communion with your highest self aspect as you breathe deeply. And then look around you in your physical environment and find one thing that reflects your thriving nature. Allow your self to discover one aspect of your life where there is a seedling thriving.

The sixth skill is your awareness of both the strength of your longing and that you are co-creating it with the divine. 

Whatever you long for connect with it and allow it, in conjunction with your highest self, to remind you that no longing comes into physical form without the necessary qualities, attribute and gifts that are needed and necessary to bring it into its fullest manifestation. Since some of these qualities and attribute may be in their seedling stage, can you release your grip on the timing of the fulfillment of your longing. Do you know that when you release your grip on the timing, you sit in the unknown space with greater clarity and allowance for the birthing of your gifts? From this greater clarity and openness you attract more quickly into your reality everything you need to fulfill this longing. When you release the timing and the form that your longing takes you automatically open your self up to its physical manifestation because in this way you are co-creating with the divine. This then allows a much bigger source of support than if you are willing it from an ego perspective. 

The more you can surrender the timing and the form the more you can allow the deep purging process to guide you into the next phase of clarity that is needed. And this is why it is so important to not get stuck in the emotional or mental experience of the purging which is why it is so important to practice observing/witnessing your self in these emotional/reactive spaces as well as strengthen and cleanse your liver. (The Council strengthened our livers during the first part of the channeling transmission for this reason.)

And finally, #7, practice the exchange of love with your self and with others and open your self to more experiences of deep, nurturing pleasure based in love.

This last skill will serve you greatly while you sit in the unknown space. Be careful to choose experience of pleasure that touch your core rather than the pleasure that only speaks to the surface needs of the wounded or forgetful self. Ultimately, the pleasure that heals is rooted deeply in divine love. Allow these experiences of pleasure to deeply serve and support those afraid and hurt places within you. And remember, all of these are called ‘skills’ for a reason; they take practice and discipline to cultivate. And over time, as you train your self to engage these tools you will find your self navigating the unknown with greater peace, clarity and excitement for the unfolding mystery.

"10,000 Yr Old Tree": Qi Gong Clearing Exercise

This is a very simple to learn but incredibly effective way to both clear your energy field of heavy, negative emotions and frequencies as well as ground you into the Earth so you can feel stable and supported. Incorporate this exercise into your daily routine and I guarantee you will feel the benefits of a cleaner and more rooted energy system. Use this exercise to clear anything that is circulating in your system, especially after a difficult interaction or when feeling stuck in recycling pain.Daily practice will provide great benefit!

1. Stand with feet shoulder width apart, feet pointing straight ahead. Arms extended out in front of you, level with your shoulders, hands pointed down towards the Earth. Imagine you are a 10,000 yr old tree with an enormous root system.

2. Take a breath in through your nose and on the exhale, through your nose, bend your knees as far down as you can go while keeping your back straight and your arms extended out. Use your breath and the movement to push out all negativity. Feel the energies leaving through your feet, moving into the Earth to be cleansed.

3. Take a deep breath in through your nose, turn your hands up toward the sky and straighten your legs. You are drawing up the replenishing Earth energies into your field to replace what you have just released.

4. Continue this motion up and down, connecting with your energetic “root system” and the Earth until you feel cleansed, refreshed and anchored.

From Conflict to Love: Mending Your Heart For Ascension

“As we sit with you in this sacred space of honoring the heart we acknowledge that the intention is to mend the break between you as your personality self, as your ego consciousness and your highest self aspect, your highest self understanding of who you are. We honor this intention for mending and we honor your hearts. We honor that your hearts have the unique job description of being the bridge between your spiritual understanding and your physical experience. Your heart is the place where you can choose to focus on and magnify the pains of the world, including your own, or you have the choice to use your heart as the beacon, as the magnet for expanded awareness of who you are. And so, we honor your heart because it truly holds both job descriptions, neither one is right or wrong they simply are your experience of being a human being; of being a spirit being that has chosen to inhabit a physical body at this time. 

Breathe into your sacred heart center now. Let the breath begin to open up the gates. Allow us to come and be present with your sacred heart center. Allow our energetic hands to hold your sacred heart center, for we can see the part of you that forgot that you have a choice (invite the Council or your spiritual guides to hold your heart). And we can see where you hold yourself hostage in that forgetting. So we invite you to make the agreement to not hold yourself hostage anymore, to make the leap into your larger self. Hold this very forgetful, contracted place, not making it wrong or bad but simply holding it, allowing it to be seen, to be heard, to have its voice but not giving it the authority. 

We invite you to keep bringing the vibration of forgiveness, the forgiveness of self for forgetting who you are. And, for getting wrapped up the back and forth battles within yourself and with others so much so that you allow the battles to distract you from who you really are. If you wish to stay in the conflict consciousness that is your choice, but know that is what you are choosing every time you go into battle- every time you battle yourself with self-hatred, with self-neglect, with those inner conflicts that you are beginning to reveal. This conflict comes from the splits inside of you where one part of you says one thing and one part of you says another, one of part of you wants one thing and another part wants something else.

We have so much compassion for this conflict inside of you because we see that is serving you to make a choice, but you don’t always see the choice. You believe it is serving you to focus upon the conflict to try to figure it out. We say that it serves you much better to simply realize that the inner conflict is a battle that stems from your need to know that it is your birthright to be an empowered individual that has choice- choice as to which vibration you hang out in and create from. 

As soon as you recognize that you have a choice, you have opened the gateway between your third chakra and your heart. As soon as you realize that you don’t have to stay in that battle with yourself, another, a job, a situation, and you decide to bring in a higher consciousness by popping up into the heart space you get to expand, you get to go beyond the battle, the conflict. You don’t need to stay in the conflict in order to sort it out, in fact, the only way to transcend the conflict is to pop out of it. Literally, if you need to, put a piece of paper on the ground that says ‘Conflict’ and another that says ‘The Heart’ and watch yourself as you step out of one and into another. The idea here is that you actually move from one place in your consciousness to another, so you can show your brain that you have a choice to move, to pop up into the heart. And then, when you are standing over in your heart space you can look back at the part of you that is still standing over on the conflict, the battle, and pour the vibration of forgiveness and compassion on that part of you and welcome it to join you in the softness of your heart. 

Allow forgiveness of your self for forgetting that you have choice to be the bridge back into your heart. As it enters into your cells notice how the vibration of forgiveness creates space. Notice how it begins to melt those places within you that believe that if you hold yourself to a higher standard and don’t forgive/accept yourself you will somehow be safe, secure, loved. That is simply part of the illusion that you can somehow control the experience of disconnection from the universal love current that you feel in other people. Because the people around you are going to constantly be going in and out of the love current just as you do and if you are going to truly live from your heart space it is essential that you let go of the demand that you have on other people to show you how to be loved.

So this is where you bring in your awareness that universal love, divine love, true love, is always present for you. And you need not hold yourself hostage by attempting to control the way other people love you. In this place you can surrender. You can free yourself from being a victim of other people’s disconnection from universal love because you can remind yourself that you are the one that gets to decide to experience universal love or not. But please do not blame yourself for not doing this perfectly. Just use it as an opportunity to remember that you have choice. If you need to write the word ‘choice’ all over your home, then do it! 

We are here to remind you that you do not need to control the people and things around you to get your need for love met so that you can live in your heart. You can live in your heart right now by forgiving yourself for believing that someone else held the key to your own heart. The world is waiting for you to take your rightful seat at the altar of love. The collective consciousness is asking for you to remember that it is your right and your purpose to take your seat at the altar of love. Because no matter what challenge you are faced with right now, love is stronger. No matter what lack you are experiencing, love is bigger. When you are in the softness of self-love you hold no one hostage for blaming, judging or criticizing you. You can simply observe others in their dance of forgetting because you seat yourself at the altar of love and you firmly ground yourself in those moments into the decision that you will not move from this altar love. And if you do take a step away, know that your seat is always waiting. 

The truth is your light is your love and the capacity for you to hold love is bigger than you can imagine right now. What is going to get you into that place of expansion into the next level of ability to be a vessel of love is to step out of conflict and back into love. Forgive yourself for believing you needed conflict in order to know and feel yourself, to individuate, to be a unique human being. Forgive yourself for believing that conflict and struggle and battle defined you. Forgive yourself for believing the internal conflict could ever bring you into wholeness and step into this heart space with us. Remember, we are waiting in the heart with you, and we are waiting for you to choose to take up residency at the altar of love.”
